KePRO has announced three web-based training sessions. The web-based sessions will be held on Monday, January 15 at 2 p.m.; Thursday, January 18 at 10 a.m.; and Thursday, January 18 at 1 p.m.  The web sessions will cover pre-authorizations, the 3808 process, and the 3871b process to get the level of care.

Providers who are unable to attend the on-site trainings are encouraged to participate in the web-based sessions. Providers who plan to attend the on-site trainings scheduled for January 24 and 25, and wish to hear the information earlier may want to join the web-based sessions.  Each web session is limited to 125 participants so providers from the same facility are encouraged to sit together and sign-on from one computer and phone line.

Participants will use a weblink to view the visual presentation and will call a toll-free number to simultaneously hear the audio portion.  Participants will have the opportunity to interactively ask questions. The weblink and phone number are below.  Although the blue invitation has only the January 15 date, the links, phone numbers, and instructions apply to all three sessions.  To ensure you hear the whole presentation, please access the weblink and phone line about 10 minutes before the session begins.

Contact KePRO at 866-581-6773 with questions.
